I don't know if it's possible to get a straw hat without broken or missing pieces of straw. This is a very fragile hat. I can't believe he'll survive a day at the beach. Right out of the box, the edges of the edges are uneven, and the pieces of straw are missing or broken. Perhaps perfection is too high a claim for a straw hat?
