The jam fell apart

The corkscrew was a gift but the jam fell apart the first time I used it. It was a gift and I was so embarrassed when the jam fell apart

One for you and one for free

My son is in a wine club and has one of these. It's so easy to take out the cork and it releases the cork from the opener! The only downside is that I find it inconvenient to use the foil remover.

Not Charging - Kitchen & Dining

The instructions are so small I needed a magnifying glass to read them. It said that when charging, the blue light should come on. There was no blue light. It should be charged for 6 to 8 hours before first use. Never used because never charged.

So good I bought 4 of these to give away!

They work perfectly. You can easily open a bottle of wine in less than 10 seconds! Everyone who saw me using this at home fell in love and bought it immediately. I've given away 3 of these and they're a hit!

This will break over time

We received this set as a gift - we've never had an electric wine corkscrew and we love it! But after about nine months, it irrevocably collapsed. So I bought another one which lasted just over a year before it broke the same way. So it's fun to own and use, but it's not very durable.

3 years of use beyond mine; I wish it came without accessories to reduce counter space

After 3 years of use my Rabbit electric wine opener stopped working. The opener stops charging and the cork gets stuck inside. I would like this item to be available without any accessories. (which I've never used) so it might be a smaller profile on my countertop. Or at least if only the blade fails, only a replacement blade could be purchased. It has also served me well over the years. I think that's a good price compared to the $60 now available on the manufacturer's website.
