SERIOUS KITCHEN KNIFE – The cook’s knife will have you preparing meals like a pro. It’s a larger knife, but less intimidating than a traditional chef knife. It has a 6-1/4 inch blade and an overall length of 10-7/8 inches. STAINLESS STEEL BLADE – The hollow ground blade is made from surgical grade, T420 high carbon stainless steel that is hand sharpened. The cook’s knife blade is designed to gently rock making cutting and mincing a breeze. DISHWASHER SAFE HANDLE - The handle on the cook’s knife is comprised of a black stainless steel resin that can be washed in the dishwasher. Hand washing fine cutlery is recommended but the handle on this knife is dishwasher tolerant. AMERICAN MADE KNIFE – Rada Mfg. A wonderful knife with a thin overly flexible blade

I have used Rada all metal chef's knives for many years and love them. I was just looking for a smaller version of my classic chef's knife. It's a great knife, but the blade is too thin and too flexible. If I put even a little pressure on the spine of the blade, I'll almost cut my hand. Poor execution of an excellent line of knives. Add the weight and I'll happily buy a dozen and give them away. Until then, I'll stay true to my path of gifting Rada a solid aluminum and stainless steel chef's…

Yes, he looks muddy. Someday you will love it

To be honest I bought a smaller version of the same knife 3 years ago and gave it a bad review. i eat my words I won't lie, these knives feel fragile and light, and they're really sharp right out of the box. I thought it wouldn't last. 3 years later I still use it every day so I bought a bigger one and couldn't be happier. These knives are virtually maintenance free. Yes, I have fancy knives that I never use as permanent maintenance. I want simplicity, sharpness, speed and lightness. I will…

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Too long to wait

These knives are a godsend . I have roommates who simply refuse to hand wash cutlery so my entire set of very expensive knives quickly rusted and dulled. Looking for a replacement my husband recommended Rada so I ordered one and we never went back. They stand up to dishwashing and all sorts of abuse year after year without tarnishing and even if they do need to be replaced the price is so cheap it doesn't hurt me to make another purchase.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • It's hard to remember but it was

This is Rada! on chef's knife

I love Rada products. So when I found some chef's knives, I had to buy them. This is a great knife and cuts like you would expect from a Rada. The only drawback is that the blade is stamped from the same sheet metal blanks as the rest of the knives. So even if you have a paring knife or a chef's knife, they all have the same very thin blade. This is great for a paring knife, but makes it a bit awkward when a larger knife is slicing and dicing. But with that he said. They work well and I enjoy…

The sharpest knife I've ever used!

This knife is amazingly sharp! It slices my tomatoes and other veggies resulting in perfectly sliced, diced, or sliced tomatoes, peppers, onions, and other veggies for salads and sandwiches. No more pushing and maneuvering to cut or slice food. Even with overripe tomatoes, there are no more torn soft tomato slices. Haven't tried it on meat yet but can't wait to try it on sushi rolls and sliced meat for soups and stews. Be VERY careful when handling and cleaning this knife. Wouldn't recommend it

Pros
  • understandable even to the old
Cons
  • exchange possible

I was looking for a Nakiri knife to add to my collection but had never used one so didn't want to invest a lot while trying. I found this and another inexpensive version and thought it would be a good tester. It has become my favorite knife. So easy! And razor sharp, haven't had it in a while so don't know about durability but at this price point it's not an issue. The blade is super thin and handy, sharp like a mandolin. I work much slower because of the sharpness, but the cuts are so precise…

Pros
  • Freehand
Cons
  • Very expensive

Amazing: Chef's Knife

Bought this knife based on reviews only. I can't say I wasn't very disappointed when I received this knife. This is probably the dumbest knife I've ever come across. My husband and I laughed at how cheap it was. The blade bends a lot, the handle is of poor quality. I was sure it was going in the trash can. Dinner came and I decided to give it a try. I dice the onion and celery, I lightly chop the tomatoes. The potatoes were a hit. I even easily slice our pot roast without tearing the meat. I…
