Rancho RS999316 RS9000XL Shock Absorber Review

I should have known when it took me 6 tries to get two shocks straight out of the box that weren't damaged or faulty that they weren't worth it were the price. Finally getting my hands on two that appeared to work properly with no body dents or broken adjuster knobs, I installed them on my truck. The ONLY thing they have is that they are regulated. I have included the message I sent to the Revain seller regarding my disappointment with these shock absorbers. That says it all. Also, at the request of the seller, I contacted Rancho tech support as they requested and after three days no response! Dear Sir or Madam, I still haven't heard from Rancho and it's not a difficult situation. The adjustment of these shock absorbers does not work. I'm a 6ft 3in male, weigh 210 pounds and can't turn the adjustment more than 1/4 turn. I watched videos…
