Excellent image quality

I used this with a Panasonic DMC-FZ2000 digital bridge camera to take high resolution photos of my old 35mm color slides and the results were comparable to scanning at around 3000dpi on mine Epson Perfection 600 .Scanner, but don't wait! Shot at about f4 1/30s aperture priority. A 200mm zoom lens shot about 7 inches from the slides completely filled the frame. Peaking is used for initial focusing in manual focus mode. Shot in RAW2 and after processing to 300dpi I got a printable screen size ofโ€ฆ

The most impressive macro photos!

I LOVE these lenses. I have both 150 and 250. On my Canon Powershot SX60 HS. I actually sanded the part that attaches to the camera lens. in front of him because he was too tight. Now it's easy to turn on and off! Takes the MOST AMAZING pictures and there is a LEARNING CURVE on how to use it by moving back and forth. However, there are some great Youtube videos demonstrating this for you! I am very happy with these two lenses! Nicely made, I think it will last a long time if taken care of well!

Works great but packaged BACK

As usual, Japanese or especially Chinese instructions are so awful that they are not only useless but totally misleading! Product works quite well after realizing it was sent BACK assembled! Nothing I have ever bought has ever been boxed. The button lens "snaps" to the inside of regular lenses (52mm+) rather than the outside of the lens. Once you get over that, the lens works well enough to reduce the focal length, essentially turning your non-macro lenses into decent macro lenses for a lowโ€ฆ

Fantastic macro converter for zoom lenses

I had an 8d Raynox DCR-250 with amazing image quality but very shallow depth of field and quite difficult to focus at close range without using a tripod. Now the DCR-150 is much easier to focus handheld and at twice the distance than the 250. The image quality of the Raynox macro adapters is probably second to none, only a more expensive dedicated macro lens will improve it. Really small and light, very quick attachment and removal of filter threads on the lens with the included plastic clampโ€ฆ

Necessary tool! Best lens accessory

One of the best photo accessories I have ever bought! It's worth more than what it's worth, especially considering what it can do. I bought mine for the Olympus EPL-5 pen with the included 40-150mm lens and it takes great photos, you will definitely need a macro slider. since the depth of field is very low, i'm also planning a dcr-250. Shipping was much quicker than I expected, in the details of my order I was told it wouldn't arrive until August 7th-27th, so it was a pleasant surprise, it wasโ€ฆ

Good optics, but lens caps need replacing.

My test initials with this lens match the positive reviews. It has very good clarity and not just about mid-range like the cheaper add-on lenses. The reputation of these lenses is well known and seems well deserved. However, the reason for 3 stars is that lens caps are a problem. They are made of flexible plastic and fit snugly both in the front and back. They fit well but the problem with the front lens cap is that it's very difficult to remove as there's nothing on it that can be hooked andโ€ฆ

good for stacking more than one Raynox

I like to shoot small/medium/large, from a small ant to a medium sized spider to a large butterfly so I bought 3 Raynox DCRs which stacked can become. takes great pictures but it's hard to tell when it's really sharp

I used this lens extender on a Lumix FZ1000 camera. It's fairly easy to attach/remove the extension to the lens, even when I'm on a hike and carry a macro lens in my pocket. However, I have a hard time telling when the image is actually in focus! I often find the image sharp only to return home to find the details blurred, defeating the purpose of the lens. To be honest, it's not necessarily the fault of the macro lens - it *could* be a problem with the camera lens, or it could even be my eyes.

I'm here to tell the truth and only the truth.

First of all, I see that everyone here is showing their beautiful and beautiful pictures taken with this lens. They're all insects, and that's okay. but none of them say how long it took them for each of their shots. My story is that I bought this lens with the intention of taking pictures of motherboards, motherboards, etc. etc. I saw almost immediately that I wasn't going to like this lens. The photos I shared in this review were taken with the Nikon Coolpix P900. I would like to say that Iโ€ฆ
