Partial order - cable ties and anchors

Excellent half circle rings, they are zinc plated and well finished but there was no extra fitting. Please sell what you are promoting.

Good product - zip ties and anchor

Everything was fine except the bolts were too short for my trailer. Check the length before you start installation, it will save you time.

Didn't work when it arrived

Looks very good and if it worked it would probably be just what I need. Luckily I tested it before I drilled a mounting hole in my quad because it didn't work. I get a replacement.

How did they send me a table instead?

I cannot give an honest review as I did not receive the product as described. Instead I got a cheap plastic and pressed wood table. I don't understand how someone could mistakenly ship an item that doesn't match the size, weight, description, intended use or model number. Apparently this is the focus of Revane's performance. Obviously some quality control is required.

I'm happy with how they responded and fixed the issue.

. My purchase came without some fasteners, screws, washers, etc. The seller was quick to respond and quickly sent me the missing parts. I am satisfied with how they responded and fixed the problem. These mounts were exactly what I expected and are easy to install. With all the hardware and baseplates to install, this was a great purchase.

Activated hardware is a problem

Like some others, I was missing the hardware. In my case only one nylon and one split washer. Why also include a split washer when you can include Nylox? This is a complete belt and braces situation. Instead of a slotted washer it is better to use a regular flat washer as the mounting holes are quite wide. The bolts are 1/4-28 threads, making it a bit harder to source the missing nylock as 1/4-20 threads are much more common (although technically 1/4-28 produces a stronger bolt). nor deepโ€ฆ

Would have given 5 stars if the kit actually had everything you need as described.

It would be 5 stars if the kit really had everything you need, as described. The problem is basically that they contain these tiny lock washers that go right through the holes in the base plate. So they are useless. The nuts themselves barely made any contact with the base plate and to be honest I doubt they would hold that kind of load capacity. So I had to buy shims to make this work. The plates were nice and thick and the zip ties themselves were zinc plated, spring loaded, had drainageโ€ฆ
