Also works with unsupported HP Specter x360 14

I didn't like the quality of the "HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen” that the laptop came with, so I decided to give it a try. . Despite the fact that this laptop model is not officially supported, the pen works great! It's much better than the original. The Bluetooth functionality also allows me to use buttons for shortcuts when the stylus isn't touching the screen, which is great (the original HP only has MPP 2.0, no Bluetooth). The only downside is that the magnets aren't oriented like the HP

A big improvement over cheaper options

The grip is great: finally the magnet keeps it firmly on the surface so you don't lose it. I like the charging feature (the charging cable is very short so it's easy to store) and the Bluetooth button can be programmed to do 2 different actions (single press and double press). It turns itself off when left unused for a long period of time and wakes up again when a button is pressed to conserve battery power. However, you still run the risk of draining the battery by carrying it in your laptop…

Ideal for artists using Microsoft Surface to draw

The Bluetooth version of this pen is a great addition to an already great stylus. I've tested over 10 pens to see which ones have the best sharp lines for artists, and the Renaisser pen is slightly better than Microsoft's $100 standard pen. Just my favorite option. One of my favorite features and what excites me about the r520 bt is that it's the cleanest drawing pen available and clips really securely to the side of Surface tablets. I hate carrying my stylus in my pocket and if the stylus…

Fantastic upgrade to an amazing pen!

I was very happy with the RENAISSER 520 stylus pen with my Surface Pro 7 and later with my Surface Book 2. That is, until I started using the Bluetooth update 520BT. It's awesome! The battery does not need to be replaced as it is charged via the supplied USB adapter. The kit also includes additional tips. The magnet is strong and sticks securely to the side of my Surface. The build quality and ergonomics are excellent. In addition to the two buttons on the pen body, the addition of a pressable…

Raphael 520BT is better than the original Raphael 520 stylus

I have an M/S Surface Pro 7 and am a humble notepad, not an artist, but I do like to draw from time to time so this will be mostly be in terms of notes or simple drawings in OneNote and the whiteboard. I have a Renaisser Raphael 520 and now also a Renaisser Raphael 520BT. The Bluetooth feature of the Raphael 520BT makes it easy to connect to a computer for interactive work. It feels like the new BT has stronger magnets than the original Raphael 520 that mounts to the side of my Surface Pro 7…

Excellent Customer Service

Updated Review: I am updating this review as after watching some video reviews I have concluded that I have a defective product. My return period ended but I was able to contact the seller directly and they determined that I had a defective pen. Unfortunately they didn't have the item in stock at the time to send me a replacement but they refunded my money. So I'm going to buy another one hoping it will work once it's back in stock. First review: Not bad for the price, but not great compared to

Great alternative to the Surface Pen 2!

I bought this after my third Surface Pen (SP2) broke. (The SP2's stupid plastic cone broke after I dropped it once.) However, the 520BT has a solid aluminum body that's super smooth in the hand and a joy to draw with! It has tilt sensitivity and a Bluetooth button, but I didn't use those features. Plus, it's the only other stylus that works with Surface Pro's magnetic mounts! It's a great pen and a little cheaper than the SP2. Compared to SP2, 520BT: [+] A solid piece of aluminum (no aluminum…

New cheap pen for your Surface

I've been using the standard Raphael 520 pen since I bought my first Surface. I've always been impressed with the writing quality, weight and feel, especially for the price. This new version of Bluetooth combines all the good qualities of this pen and more. Both are almost identical in size and weight. The 520BT's side button is slightly less recessed. It's easier to press the delete and right-click keys, which I definitely appreciate. The pen is light and feels good in the hand. Writes well…

Raphael 520BT - Fantastic pen! Be careful with the charging cap.

The Raphael 520BT grip is worth noting. It takes everything the Raphael 520 got right by adding Bluetooth functionality - and that's a good thing. This is both convenient and efficient to implement. Although it shows all the features of its previous model and adds one new feature, it pains me to say that the implementation could have been done better. First, let's talk about what he's doing right. '520BT is great for writing or drawing. With the right setup and software, you can use hard or…
