This is a very well made and beautiful collar. All round good quality. This is the second one I've bought. The first is still in great shape after a few years. I just want a different color now. You can't go wrong with this.

The price of a whole grain collar cannot be lower than the price. Not sure about longevity as my dog has only had it for a few days. Feels good and looks good. The only thing that bothers me is that it seems a little more elastic than other leather collars my dogs have had.

Good leather and fit. The D ring was not independent; he stayed in a tilted position. The loop of the leather belt came undone. Apparently the clasp came loose because my dog came in from the yard without a collar. Luckily I kept her old one.

My German Shepherd outgrew his last collar. I chose this model mainly because of the low price, but I was pleasantly surprised by the workmanship. It's a nice thick leather with strong stitching, very flexible and soft. My dog loves it and will never outgrow it. Price and quality are rarely combined in one article.

Excellent leather quality. Terrible clasp. If you just want it to look good and don't need it to be durable to withstand a dog's pull or control, that would be fine. In less than two weeks of wearing this collar, the rotating metal part of the buckle was bent enough to create a gap which showed me that this buckle wasn't really strong under the rotating metal part. It was brought back to that fact.

I have 2 dogs and I love the leather collars on them. I went through a good chunk of it due to poor durability, too soft, too hard, hardware fell apart. You name it, I've seen it. These collars are amazing. Colors are excellent, blacks and browns have deep rich tones, they are solidly constructed but not so harsh as to irritate the throat. I've been impressed with these and can't wait to see how they hold up over time.

Today I received two of them. Excellent quality, soft and dense leather. I have two French bulldogs 15.5 and 16 inches neck length and both have enough collars, I bought both a medium size. I've seen similar quality collars in stores for around $35-$45 each so this was a great product at a great price. Just ordered this for my 10 month old Bernese Mountain Dog who has already outgrown 4 collars. I've ordered a few other leather collars but liked this one before I even unpacked it. It is a very soft and flexible leather rather than the typical hard leather. It doesn't have sticky colorful stitching like others I've tried. I bought this collar for my 11 month old GSD. I measured her neck at around 16 inches knowing she still had to grow and fill out. The collar size is correct. very flexible and appears to be of very good quality. It's soft, not the tough, unruly leather some collars are made of. The width is just under 1 1/4 inches which is the ideal collar size for her. I don't care about the wider collars offered by other sellers.
