I know it should just work but I was expecting to have to enter a code or something but this is where you add batteries and aim and shoot.

This remote control is the perfect replacement for our lost Panasonic TC-P55GT30. The surface looks a bit more structured, but otherwise I don't see any differences to the original. It performs all the same functions.

I had a programmable Logitec remote control for this TV, but it is difficult to use, since most of the functions do not interest me . I ordered this remote after comparing similar ones at Revain. It worked right out of the box (install the battery, of course).

This is just like the factory remote control for Panasonic TC-P65GT30. The bottom of the remote has the text "Panasonic TV" and the innards under the battery cover are exactly the same as my factory remotes. On my old remotes, some buttons worked intermittently. I bought the 2nd of these.

This remote control works with old Panasonic 3D Plasma TVs. The existing remote began to have problems with switching channels and adjusting the volume. Upon further investigation, and only after removing the screws and opening the remote, was it discovered that the carbon-graphite coating in contact with the buttons was sufficiently worn to prevent contact.
