This is a gift for a family member. She loves them so I feel comfortable looking at the glasses. Finger grip is a big plus. The perfect wine glass!

I have several Riedel glasses and these are my favorite stemless glasses. They're dishwasher safe and stylish - and not so expensive that you're afraid to use them.

I don't expect my crystal glasses to arrive in bubble wrap. Luckily it didn't break. These are replacement glasses for my husband's fingers. I love these glasses!

So far these glasses have met my expectations. They are very light and transparent (like all Riedel glasses I have used). The label and Amazon description lists them as a red wine glass. In the Riedel box they are listed as universal glasses. I agree with the latter. I was a little surprised that the opening is only 2.5 inches. It seemed a little small for a red wine (but these are "swirl" glasses, not "red wine glasses"). I'm not claiming to be an expert, but there's definitely a difference…

I've been a fan of Riedel stemless cabernet wine glasses for years and thought I'd think outside the box and try these different looking wine glasses. Wrong, I should have stuck with what I love! These jars have about the same capacity as Cabernet jars but are slightly smaller. The only thing I liked about the Swirl goggles is the curve in the middle as it is easier to hold in hand and also looks unique.
