Works great, but please read!

Works great with my LG_50LF6100 (2016) TV and 1985 Technics receiver. Comes with optical (TOSLINK) cable and power supply. I don't think other adapters will fit. Until it hisses and crackles. I had a problem that the provider fixed very quickly. (Yes, would buy it again.) The product is made in China, so the instructions are limited and written in poor English. PLEASE READ: 1. This audio converter only supports LPCM and PCM audio formats. You need to select optical output and PCM in your TV's…

Okay, with a little problem

So you've bought all the parts for a new computer ('gaming' grade, whatever that means). Everything is plugged in and working, and you run into a problem: your motherboard is powering your speakers to test them every time you turn the power on. They clap LOUD. So you've got a headache and your speakers could be in trouble if this happens frequently. What do you do? In my case you take such a device. The optical connections don't send power to the speakers, which should keep your ears happier…

Really sorry it didn't work out because they are so cute!

I have a LG webOS UK6500AUA TV. The only additional audio output is an optical TOSLINK connector. This optical port connects to my Signia® StreamLine TV adapter, allowing me to stream TV audio directly to my hearing aids.
