I've worked in many restaurants and seen what can happen with mop buckets that are used heavily on a daily basis. The kind you find in the big stores will KEEP YOU LIKE THIS for even simple home use. If you want one that will outlast you, take this model. As an added bonus that I wasn't aware of, it separates dirty water from clean water, so you end up just wiping with water to remove the dirty water film. That's great!

I also bought this product to hand wash clothes in a backwards mansion (it couldn't be otherwise). It's well built and the mop wringer wraps clothes into a manageable drip-free state (with a few tugs on the handle) so it can be hung on a solar/wind powered clothesline. A toilet plunger (a stirrer) also helps in this work. This product is very well made and can easily cope with many jeans, sweatpants and work clothes. I think it's good for washing floors too.

I have used other variations of this mop bucket. I was intrigued when I saw the feature of dropping into a bucket to collect water after squeezing it down with a mop. I have found this feature to be useless to me as while the bucket catches all the squeezed/dirty water from my mop, I now have to empty the bucket more often and thus fill the other side at the same rate. I have thought long and hard about buying this WaveBrake commercial floor cleaning system. I finally decided to just do it and I'm so glad I did. It works very well and makes cleaning the whole house easier. My only negative comment is that it is very heavy when half or more full of water. The solution was simple. I bought this bucket about 2 years ago. One of the best gifts I've given myself in a house full of tiles! Glides very well on my tile floor. The functions listed are easy to use. I personally wasn't sure if a bucket of clean water would fit in this bucket and hesitated for about a year before taking the plunge. When I bought this I was concerned about the size (could have gotten a smaller one) but found it so easy to maneuver that I really love it.
