Nice Locks - Tires and Wheels

Perfect for my Pro-Comp 7069. Seems they are a little harder to hit due to the rotating cover over the spline nut. The key seems strong. Recommend them.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Intervals

Tire and wheel wrenches are missing

I find it hard to believe that Amazon sells this product WITHOUT a wrench to use lock nuts. They are virtually UNUSEABLE without a wrench to install and remove the lug nuts. When you say it's a five piece set I'm assuming there are FOUR lock nuts and a wrench to use them. just a shameless marketing ploy. The question remains, what do you want to do about it?

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

I would recommend another brand.

Cheaper than what you really want as other people claim. As with others, my key got messed up the first time I tried to take them off, which resulted in my changing tire (need to move a new spare to the opposite side of another new tire I was supposed to buy), turned into a job all day. You can try removing them with a 16mm or 5/8 socket after removing the swivel, but the wedges will also come loose. You will need a 1 inch nut puller to remove them after chewing through the threads. It would be

Good locks for accessories and parts

Matches my Pro-Comp 7069 perfectly. Seems they are a little harder to beat due to the rotating cover over the slotted nut. The key seems strong. Recommend them.

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Operating speed

Cheap - do not buy Wheel Locks

Very low quality product. The first time I tried to remove it from the release nut, the nut was ripped off as well. Stay away. This product makes my tire removal project an expensive and time consuming project.

  • New
Cons
  • No

Complete garbage! Best in tires and wheels

These things suck. They ripped off the first time I tried to remove them on my jeep. Do not buy! Now they are stuck in my jeep and the key is broken too. Buy McGard, they're much better made than cheap junk aluminum.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • No automatic

WORST lock in wheellock history

WORST lock in wheellock history. I bought 3 sets for my jeep and both kids jeeps. I put on my first. The key was swollen and stopped working, they sent me another one. I couldn't do a 2 back then. Eventually I got one and had to burn the other one and ruin the custom bike. I didn't even let my kids wear their sets. I threw them away. Complete cheap crap that breaks. I broke two tops with a hand ratchet trying to slowly take them off.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Disappears
