Love this pair for women

I've had ON Cloudsurfers since 2012. I've loved every pair except this one. The fabric material has changed and on this particular shoe the toe box is slightly narrower. I've been to the ON Cloud website and they actually updated the design for 2019. Their rep told me they added more cushioning to the sole and made the fabric more durable. I was really looking for original shoes but this pair wasn't and they actually stopped making them.

Pros
  • Easy fit
Cons
  • Not bad

Light but fitting pillow

I mostly wear Brook Ghosts and Saucony Rides. I tried CloudFlows when I wanted to reduce the fall of my running shoes and I liked how light they are. On longer runs, however, I lacked the cushioning. Cloudsurfer gave me the cushion I was missing while keeping the shoe light. Also a big fan of colors. The shoes feel narrower than other shoes, but for me that's an added plus. I wear 9 for my non-running shoes, 10 at Brooks & Saucony according to running store gurus, but I find 9.5 perfect for ON…

Adds spring to my step

This is my second pair of On shoes. Because I was skeptical that my first pair was a simple shoe, the first shoe you see when you go to their website. I like simple shoes but I prefer a more cushioned sole. So I got the Cloud Shoe. I ran in this shoe about 5 times. I do about 7 miles per run. I love this shoe because it's comfortable and super soft, adding a little spring to your step as you stride down the sidewalk. The laces are terrible. Please change them before working with them. All the…

Great shoes - not for Orangetheory

Love these shoes they are great. I overpronate and have high arches. I can wear these shoes without the insoles and they feel great! They are true to size too. I have the turquoise color and it looks amazing, very stylish and comfortable. One thing though, they're not for orange theory/rowing. As far as I know the OTHER On shoes are perfect for rowing, burpees etc. These are not. Something in the heel of this version does not snap into the rower. Also, the toe doesn't have a pull/bar, so in…

Great physical therapist made the most of it

These shoes got me running again. I had hip surgery and a long recovery and really thought I would never walk. Most of this was done by the amazing physio, but I truly believe these shoes have played a significant role in my ability to run. They hit right in my bow, which was always a problem. They are light but not minimalist; I don't feel the effects of the road. They are very comfortable for long runs. However, these are the kind of shoes that you should try for yourself. Other friends…
