The sharpener is easy to use. There are three stages and you go through all three to sharpen your knives. I like that it folds up and takes up less drawer space. It snaps into place when you unfold it, so it feels solid and doesn't wobble.

I like the compactness of this sharpener. It can be easily stowed away in a drawer when needed. The sharpener itself does its job well, I feel like the end product is still a bit rough after going through each set of sharpeners. I've tried several knives and I felt the same with all of them. The knives were definitely sharper, but the blade felt a bit rough.

I love this knife sharpener - it works great and folds down into a very compact unit that's easy to store in my kitchen drawer. I love the 3 step knife sharpening process - after running one of my old chef's knives through all 3 channels it came out perfectly sharp and looked amazing! I was surprised at how easy to use, compact, durable and efficient this product was. Folds in half and takes up less drawer space. The slots are uniquely numbered, indicating the order in which the blade passes. Its design/color is elegant and the plastic is surprisingly durable. I have never used a knife sharpener and have sharpened my favorite knife with ease. I hardly had to look at the directions. I would recommend.

Very happy with this knife sharpener. I have a Wusthoff sharpener which is larger and has a 2 stage sharpener instead of a 3 stage and I never seem to get the job done very well. This gave my knives a smooth sculpted edge that seems to hold up pretty well (this depends more on the knives of course). I tried a very, very dull knife that I've been waiting for so long and after many passes through the first and second slots and a few through the last, I have a very sharp one Knife. I used this to sharpen my almost 15 year old Wusthof kitchen knife set. I sharpened them once and have been sharpening them with a sharpening steel ever since. I don't use a sharpener and cook daily.
