Ideal transport box for small animals

Very nicely finished and looks solid. The bag has plenty of vents that can be easily opened for more airflow or closed for cooler rides. It's also a roomy gear bag for when you're not taking your best friend with you on the trip. I have a 750 Shadow Aero with a Mustang seat, fits well and is well secured. My dog is 6 pounds and fits two in a carrier.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Minor defects

Variants of Manny that I haven't used yet and Peanut and I love it

First review. I'm concerned about the size so I hope this helps. The peanut is 16 inches tall, its shoulders 16 inches long not counting the head and 15 pounds. Variations on Manny I haven't used yet and Peanuts and I love it. 06 Heritage sits in the seat and is very secure. Never planned on leaving it fully in the pocket and the internal leash keeps it in the pocket.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Nothing here

Get ready: Padded Stretcher

Don't get me wrong, we love this product. And Pippa too, as you can see. Our biggest problem is the building frame. Pippa weighs 12.6 pounds. This is a small Boston Terrier and when she puts her feet on the bag, as you can see in the photo, she folds the frame of the bag. While I understand that adding a strong frame construction makes the bag heavier, I would feel a lot better if the bag were heavier for my dog's safety.

What I was looking for

We love to ride our bikes at the weekend. I have a small dog that I don't like leaving at home for long periods of time, so I was looking for a kennel that would have enough space and ventilation for him to take us for walks. this Pet Voyager is for you. She is 15 pounds. can lie comfortably in the carrier and seem to enjoy it. We only walked short distances before she got used to it. But so far so good. Well designed and easy to mount on the bike.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Spacious bag, great extra storage space.

I have a 13 lb Cocker Spaniel/Suzuki Boulevard mix. If your seat isn't as wide as the bag, there's a chance the bag will collapse when using the underseat mount as the bottom isn't very ribbed. My solution: I bought a luggage rack and combined the handlebar mount with the underseat mount. To reinforce the bottom of the bag, I also had an old rimmed baking sheet that fits perfectly under the bag. It made a big difference, now the bag is very secure and I added some reinforcement to the bag.

  • great product
Cons

Works for Honda Shadow.

Only had to use it once, about 50 miles, back roads to lake and campground and back. Slow first drive. My chihuahua liked it. Put a pillow on the ground to make your ride more comfortable. As others have said, the bottom needs some reinforcement. When tightening, the edges sag. Fits well on my Honda Shadow so I can use it to open my panniers. Attaching the part under the seat turned out to be very easy. Simply loosen the rear screw and put it in. It goes well with the sissy bar, but I used…

Fake Security: Carrier

I put it on Super Tenere. The bottom of this bag isn't rigid, so the corners slipped off the edges when I strapped it to my Tenere's luggage rack. I cut a small square out of plywood to solve this problem and just bolted it to the bike. He's surprisingly strong. You will not get off the bike. However, on the first try, our dog was able to get his front and back legs out of the pocket. As a result, she fell and hung from the back of the bike. Luckily she was wearing a harness and not just a…

Okay, but Kuryakin is better. We had both.

We have had the Kuryakyn kennels (the ones in the photo) for over a year now and we are very happy with them as is our 12 lb Havanese. I was a little rougher with it than I should have been and broke both of the main zippers. We were short on time due to an upcoming trip so I ordered this Saddlemen model as it seemed more economical to me. And maybe, since Kuryakyn is of course more expensive, we had some reservations about this model after all. First, the floor isn't as rigid as the Kuryakyn…
