The creases/creases left on the rug upon delivery are still very visible even though it has been months since the rug left our home. I have ordered some Safavieh rugs and have had great results. Next to. It's so cheap that the seller used terrible packaging (just rolled up, wrapped tightly in polythene - so much so that we had to pull it out with a sharp knife - and offered no protection so the carpet was crushed and wrinkled constantly) damaged , probably irreparable. The pattern is a bit washed out and there are glue or dirt spots in several places on the mat. I spent 30 minutes heating my back hoping to loosen the carpet.
