It didn't work for us

Was a little disappointed with it. The bowl of the spoon is very flat and appears to be sunken. Bought this for my dad who had trouble eating. It didn't work for him. It might not have been appropriate for his situation. No diagnosis of Parkinson's/s. Just poor coordination and some tremors from age (99).

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Dear

Spoon "bowl " too small

While the spoon's bowl can remain fairly shallow, the spoon's bowl is too shallow to even be considered a spoon. It's almost flat so it only holds 1 scoop of liquid, which I don't even consider a sip for an adult. It takes a whole day to eat a bowl of soup or a bowl of porridge with this spoon.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Great item for stroke patients

Bought for a friend. It's actually a fantastic product for people with serious problems, such as those who have had a stroke. If they know how to work out a simple handling technique, there are almost unlimited possibilities for feeding. Unfortunately, my friend does not have the strength to live with it and deal with the subject. There is one with a strap that wraps around the arm.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only
