that does not work! suitable for vacuum cleaners and floor care

The thing is scrap! It only outputs 7 volts, which is not suitable for charging more than 20 volts from a lithium ion battery in a Samsung robot! Judging by other reviews, this is a common problem!

Pros
  • I'm looking forward to it
Cons
  • Waiting too long

Does not work in central vacuum Parts

The package arrived in a plastic bag not a box and behind the car looked like it was silly before it was shipped and packed. The base doesn't even charge the vacuum as it only puts out 7 volts. Very disappointed.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Safety

VERY poor quality good for vacuum cleaner parts and accessories

This second replacement dock (new) does not work. It is supposed to charge a 21V battery but the output voltage is only 7V. There is no specification and Samsung technical support cannot find it and cannot give any information on the correct charging voltage or explain how to charge a 21V battery. Charging the battery from a 7V power supply Since the crash is the same on the two new devices, either the product design appears to be poor or the build quality appears to be very poor - most likely…

Pros
  • Many fit
Cons
  • Almost never

7V is the correct output.

so my robot didn't work. After testing so many parts I ordered a new replacement Robovac. My dock showed 7V so I was pretty sure it was the end but the new Robovac started charging on this dock. I assume that there is some kind of handshake between the dock and the robot and after that the power is increased and the battery is charged. But without that it only outputs 7V, which is safer considering kids can touch these points when the robot is vacuuming. Just because your item outputs 7V…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • I have no negative feelings about it, everything is fine,
