I bought this rashguard for martial arts training to avoid burns on mats or carpets when practicing floor techniques. The shirt fits very well, very comfortable, not too hot and not too cool. It allows my upper body to slide across the mat or carpet during moves like "shrimp" and is long enough to stay pinched during a workout so my lower back doesn't get mat or carpet burns. It washes well and dries quickly. I liked it so much that I bought a second one. Very satisfied.

Warning! The blue rashguard spreads ink all over the body! Do not use on light-colored sports mats, they will bleed and stain. Kind of pissed off at how bad they made the carpets look. I'm 6'2, ordered the large and it fits perfectly. The quality of the fabric is good and I haven't had any problems after several months of wearing it. I think some of the other reviewers have said that the internal sizing marks rub off, which is absolutely correct, but it doesn't affect the performance of the fabric at all. I can't justify buying more expensive rashguards in the future given how good they are , this one works, washes well and retains no odor.

Good product, absorbs moisture, breathes well, reduces friction good in labor and training. But the mesh material they used in the armpits will cling to the skin from time to time and hurt like a sob! Especially when shooting on the arm. This is the only minus of the rashguard. Also the inner sticker with the size and brand came off almost immediately but I have nothing to do with it. Otherwise it's pretty solid and does the job.

I am 67 inches tall and weigh about 200 pounds. I wear a large in regular clothing so I went for XL. Fits very well, the armpit area is a comfortable mesh so I didn't leave the workout with an armpit burn. Hope that helps.

I consider them small but please note. They should be compressible, so they should actually feel small. That being said, I'm 5ft 10", about 155lbs (male), and I originally ordered a medium size. Bought this rash guard for BJJ. It feels sturdy enough and the vents on the sides are a nice touch to keep you cool. However, I'm a regular guy (5'10", 205) and a bit round in the middle, and I've noticed that although the arms are nice and tight, the body is disproportionately loose. It's quite nice and comfortable, but there are times when I choose some of my other rashguards.
