Fits perfectly I bought 1/2 size larger but didn't need it. I've tried other shoes like the Salomon Sense Pro Max, the Inov-8 Roclite 290 and the Altra Timp 2 but none of them have the same level of underfoot protection as the Xodus 10.
I used to wear Saucony when I ran to workouts. 10 years later, osteoarthritis of the hip, I no longer wear them. That goes for runners. Partly true. They are intended for people who need good support and comfort in shoes. Good then, good now.
Increasing acute pain in the arch of the foot, approaching several weeks of running, were treated immediately. I got them with hope because I have 105k in 2 months. My Peregrine 10s Trail are great shows too but need the extra pad and stack that Xodus provides to protect those nagging injuries. The ride so far (less than 75 miles) is reasonably responsive and surprisingly connected to the trail. Nice to walk - still have to try 20+ miles in it. Very optimistic so far. Maybe even my competition…
Extremely comfortable to wear, low weight, excellent grip, durable construction. I used to have Saucony Peregrine running shoes, they are just as comfortable but much stiffer, better for trail running and honestly just the best shoe in every way.
