Good standard fit - my new review

This shoe fits my feet which are wider at the toes. They are pretty standard in terms of insole/insole. Every manufacturer is different and certain models of shoes from certain manufacturers have a specific fit, but they seem to be quite normal.

Pros
  • The Scarpa Zen Pro hiking and approach shoes for men are versatile and can be used for a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, approach and climbing.
Cons
  • They need constant cleaning to keep their appearance.

A great feeling. So far, so good

I got my first pair of scarves 7 years ago. I still use it often! I expect nothing less from them. First thoughts are comfort and traction. casual wear . A great feeling. So far, so good.

Pros
  • The shoes are well made and really durable. I wear 10.5 and ordered 11. I want to order 11.5 or 12
Cons
  • They are not suitable for wide feet.

It's ok last review

I always wear 11.5-12 average shoes and boots. I'm 5'10", 185 lbs on average. Running 3-4 weeks. Here is my rating for this shoe on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 - terrible, 10 - excellent): 1- Construction (Vibram sole) : 102- Size : 5 (I had to order half a size bigger) 3- Comfort : 6-7 Can I recommend them to a friend?

Pros
  • Great hiking shoes! I could wear it everyday whether hiking or not!
Cons
  • The tongue slips off and causes uncomfortable pressure on the foot.

Great shoe review from me

This is one of the best shoes I've ever worn. Although I've only been wearing them for a few hours, the comfort and fit are amazing.

Pros
  • Great shoes
Cons
  • They are difficult to crack

Good shoes. But. good for me

I have worn Scarpa shoes and boots for many years primarily for their slim fit and durability. I'm still wearing an Italian made pair that I've ridden 100 miles in and they still look and feel new, but the soles are slick. My last pair made in Romania fits well, but the cuff is an area on the right that doesn't touch anything. This started within a few days of use. I hope this is an isolated case and not the new normal, I will be returning this pair.

Pros
  • The rubber outsole offers excellent traction on wet and dry surfaces.
Cons
  • Outsole wears out quickly

I will no longer buy from this seller.

$180 for these boots. Too small. I went back and had to pay for the return label. Be a Best Buy Prime member. I will no longer buy from this seller.

Pros
  • The shoes are easy to clean and maintain, making them a great investment for outdoor enthusiasts.
Cons
  • They have no unique or innovative features.

So much for another good company falling apart

I have had three other pairs of the exact same shoes and have never had the same experience with them as I have with these. The shoes stunk for a long time when they were new. They appear to be made from some type of chemical wash that reacted with my feet. I had it neither before nor after ownership. The insole is also full of slag. I think it's because Scarpa moved production from Italy to China. Here's another good company going bankrupt.

Pros
  • Looks great, well made and comfortable. Time will tell how they hold up.
Cons
  • they are not waterproof

I love these scarpas. Haven't taken them camping yet, but walked them around Disney Orlando in 100 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 days with no problems (they actually have good padding, so winter use shouldn't be a problem unless you're going in deep snow, but the heat didn't kill me in 100F weather). I have other Scarpas and heeled boots including Merrel, Adidas, Salomon but I needed low heels as I tend to have discomfort around the talus (area of the talofibular ligament) which deepens when I wearโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Rubber sole
Cons
  • Style 90

Ideal for hiking and trekking

I've had a Five-10 for a few years and had to buy new ones. Found these and they are the perfect replacement. Fits perfectly. I'm a solid 12, sometimes 12.5 in smaller shoes. Some reviews say they are a bit small but not in my case, 12 is perfect. These shoes are amazing. My foot slides right in like they were made especially for me. They're a bit stiff as they should be, but very comfortable. Highly recommend for good, comfortable, durable everyday shoes or hiking shoes.

Pros
  • Vibram Spyder II Sole | The grippy rubber compound and versatile tread pattern ensure reliable traction on trails and rocky slopes.
Cons
  • It's OK
