The pads work great, the problem is more likely with scorpion pants as the pockets are too low on the leg so the pads are just below the knee, nothing a good tailor could do ' not repair.

The pads fit perfectly in the knee pockets of the Scorpion pants. In an upright position, however, they rest below the knees. However, when you're in the saddle they seem to change their position on your knees nicely, but I'm not sure if they stay in that position once you put the bike down.

Subtle shape like a knee pad, fits well in the pockets of the Scorpion EXO pants, no discomfort when wearing for a long time. The pads are flexible enough not to be very uncomfortable when walking and appear to offer good protection against light to moderate impacts in the event of an accident.

These pads are firm at room temperature and soften only slightly in the heat of the ride. They are very uncomfortable, especially in the Scorpion Exo Pro Jeans (because of the low seat when standing/walking), and have a rounded hem at the top that rests right on the knee when walking. I will order other brands with softer armor. You know, yellow or blue (to avoid branding).

The armor is good for elbows and knees but it is NOT shoulder armor. It is too big for most jacket shoulder bags. I ordered two sets, the second one has to be returned. Scorpion Armor SasTec Shoulder 1pc Black 9103-03 is what you need for your shoulders. Luckily I didn't have to test it for impact resistance but I can say it forms well in a jacket. It felt stiff at first but it fits and is comfortable. I'm currently using them in a Roland Sands Walker jacket.

Luckily I can't tell you how well this works. However, it's as comfortable as you could hope for and fits well in the designated areas. As for the shoulders, I can't even tell if they're there and you definitely can't tell by looking at them. It's definitely less comfortable on the elbows, but still barely noticeable when riding.
