They look cool and conform to your joints very well, but it's better than you can get. These things are undersized for the average adult no matter how much you stretch the straps and if you fall they won't protect you much as the shields have a very hard round end they just make the impact area roll. unprotected place and you will still get hurt. They fit me very well, I'm 250lbs and I'm 6ft tall, the knee pads fit the loosest level of straps and the shin pads fit my motocross boots. I had to sand down the plastic buckles because they were sharp and bit into my skin, but once I did that everything was fine.
