If you need a spearfishing mask, THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT. These comments about my nose touching the glass must be Pinocchio's descendants. It is well built in the old school style as in 007. Visibility is much better than masks with double glazing.

Good for diving, that's old school. That's a lot to laugh about at work. But I'm fed up, and you know what. not bad. doesn't even work very well. I will continue to use my regular training mask. it sure is every Halloween and/or fun dives/photo shoots

Glass, metal and rubber. I wanted to buy this for fun. I then used them and they were fantastic on a river dive. They never fogged up, never leaked and were easy to use. I will buy another set and keep it as a spare. Old school is hip. If I could give these glasses 10 stars, I would.

I was really hoping that this mask would work. Love the style and the idea of using one lens instead of a separate lens for diving. Unfortunately, this mask has suffered a major failure. Although it closed well initially, as soon as I got in the water it started to leak and every time I tried to adjust, the clasp on the side wouldn't hold. This mask is great for dress up or Halloween but not for snorkeling.

As a tech lover I was thrilled when I saw this mask and was amazed at how unique it is. I almost bought it based on the reviews that it hurt to press the "medium sized nose" against the glass of the mask. It just isn't! I find my nose medium sized and doesn't get close to the glass. It's also very well made, durable and lightweight considering what it's made of. I'm so excited to take it with me on my trip to Fanning Springs, Florida!

Bike tire or rubber factory smell. It seems like low quality stuff and maybe not that great to inhale? I thought the smell might go away or at least diminish over time if I let it air out, but it doesn't. Don't look great unless you have a very textured/angular face as it will pinch your cheeks and frame it. the smell would dissipate.

I thought I was a genius when I decided to try Retro. Unfortunately I didn't think it through. I thought a big glass = a big picture, but with the new masks that's true. The new masks break the glass so the glass is close to the eye, your nose is out of the glass... the big picture. This mask is so far from the eyes that it is like looking into a tunnel. You get a very small image and see a lot of gum in your peripheral vision. Also, it's made out of fairly thick rubber, so it doesn't seal very

Love the style, I've wanted an old school scuba mask like this for a long time. Very well built. I haven't had any issues with leaks and this one has soft silicone nose pockets that you can use to pinch your nose to close the Valsalva. I have a decent nose and it doesn't even come close to touching the glass.
