amazing calcium supplement

Twice a week I add this supplement to my reef tank along with Reef Builder (PH stabilizer). I don't add anything else and my SPS corals are healthy. Thank you Seachem for developing user-friendly products!

Pros
  • very impressive
Cons
  • the list will be long.

Calcium via Revain

I have always used Limewater to meet my reef calcium needs. But after trying this product I will never go back. After a year of setting up an aquarium, I see my corals being ready and starting to show improvement in just a few weeks.

Warning: coral growth can explode

I have been using Seachem Calcium, Magnesium and Carbonate Hardness supplements for about 3 months. They can be mixed very well with make-up water and dissolve very quickly. They give great results on a 40 gallon mixed reef. SPS corals (bird's nests and plate monties) grow quickly. LPS corals (torch, hammer, candy) grow new branches and heads. Much higher growth rates using the Seachem line.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

As this is a fairly simple concoction of chemicals essential to the health of many calcifying marine organisms, it's really hard to say if I like it or not as Calcium Chloride is the standard food item when it comes to calcium supplements . , but I'll mention one important thing that I'm not sure if anyone else already understood the comment (and if they did, they didn't write anything about it). Although this product says "Seachem Reef Calcium Benefit" on the label, it actually contains more…

Pros
  • Datura πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Expensive
