High-Speed HDMI Cable 12ft (4K 60Hz, HDCP 2.2, HDR, 18Gbps) with Braided Cord - SecurOMax Review

I have an amazing LG 4K OLED TV. My old HDMI cable wasn't working properly because of all the security issues they put into these things. I had to buy one that would work. This works great when switching to and from a 4K compatible receiver.

I ordered these to replace my old cables which were too short to be tucked behind the walls when I was wall mounting the TV. I was looking for more flexible cords as the wall mount was flush and I needed something flexible enough to bend 90 degrees. They are great - just what I needed.

This cable gives you 4k at 12ft but it doesn't last long. This cable often loses signal. It doesn't matter if you downgrade the source to 1080p - this cable can't work at 12 feet. If you are looking for a detailed technical opinion on these HDMI cables then this review is not for you. All I cared about was a cable long enough to discreetly connect my security cameras to the TV and they fitted perfectly. They are very flexible, have a premium feel and were a lot cheaper on Revain than I could buy locally. I will definitely buy this brand if needed.

Very well made cable, just what I needed. Bought because I was upgrading to a new audio receiver and for some reason the TV out wasn't working with regular HDMI cables. It only works with newer high-end 4K cables. The only complaint I have, and not many, is that it's REALLY strong so the cable is a bit harder to bend than just the braided cable.

Not suitable for PS4 Pro - the listing of the longer version of the same cable said it works with this one and the seller replied, what did when i asked the community. It flickers on and off constantly and gets significantly worse when the game (and therefore HDR) is running. This is very frustrating, and the fact that Revain and other sites don't have a centralized standardization for listing these components makes finding cables that work a complete bummer.

I used a thin HDMI cable and thought the HDMI port on our TV wasn't good so we didn't use it for our security cameras. Just in case, after purchasing this cable we tried it on what we thought was a bad HDMI port on the TV and it worked amazingly. saved us a lot of extra work and connection adapters, and we suspect because it's shielded we no longer have that awful sound of electrical clicks from the TV. If you need a high quality HDMI cable, buy this cable, it's worth every penny!
