Petty, Serrated and Nakiri knives that fold up to take with you on vacation. Typically, full timeshare kitchens have very poor cutlery. Since I love to cook, there must be very sharp knives in the kitchen. Since they fold up and pack neatly in my luggage, I understand there's no reason I shouldn't have great cutlery with me when I travel. Enjoy using them. This knife is very easy to hold. I've tried using this knife to cut root vegetables and it did a great job of slicing meat like paper.
