First I bought an ulu knife for me and my daughters. Now that the grandkids are getting married, I'll make sure they each have one. It's so quick and convenient, easy to clean and requires no small parts. One of my favorite instruments.

What to do if my fingers were amputated at the joint, the therapist advised me to use a jackknife. The handling is very easy for me and I can hold the handle without any problems. A cutting board also helps keep food in the bowl. I would recommend this knife to everyone.

I've never liked my recipes. The design of this knife and the wooden bowl are perfect for any type of slicing. Swinging the knife is effortless and the shape of the bowl keeps everything together during the process. Fiction! Must have in every kitchen!

I've had Ulu for a few years now and love it. I use it almost exclusively for all types of cooking in the kitchen: much easier to cut, dice, mince, etc. than a knife. The rim holds up better too. The secret is to use it in a swinging motion rather than moving up and down like a knife. I've just ordered two more to give my daughters for Christmas.

I started a herb garden this summer and wanted to use herbs in everyday cooking, but chopping them finely with a simple knife is not so easy because the herbs fly! I got this product just for that and it did not disappoint! it's beautiful and works great! I use herbs in my daily cooking and thanks to this product I was able to grind them perfectly! This small mezzaloon and chopping board is the most functional tool for chopping garlic, nuts, herbs, onions and more. I always have it on the counter because I use it more than once a day. It is VERY functional and beautifully designed. This is my second. I left my first before moving to Ecuador and it was one of the first things I had to replace here. So glad to find it on Revain. I love this blade. Well made, super sharp and very/very practical in the kitchen. Don't plan on sticking 4 fingers through the hole above the blade. It's too small for that, but once you adjust your grip and become comfortable with it, you'll probably like this blade too. It's great for the obvious stuff like slicing and chopping veggies.
