Must have! I use it every day when I brush my hair after showering! Basically I got it because I needed something to help me comb my hair so I stop pulling my hair out. Poor flow from the spray bottle. Maybe a quarter teaspoon per squirt. It takes a long time to get enough product for shoulder length hair. Remove the lid to pour it easily into my hand and the innards of the spray mechanism pour the product all over the counter. The smell is pleasant but VERY strong.
