I like this sacred file. It removes all dead skin better than nail salons. My legs are so smooth. It's so easy to use and handle. It really heals that curve in him. So it's great in the shower for a quick cleanse or when you treat yourself to a pedicure! LOVE THE PRODUCT! It will be a fail as a Christmas gift for sure!

My feet are covered with calluses. Pediatric salespeople told me I had to come more often so they could keep her under control. They were bad. One day I discovered this sacred file and within a few uses my calluses were reduced and now my feet are soft. I use the file dry just before showering, but you can also use it wet. mine or not. This file is AMAZING!

This file works great with metal scraper files. If you have hard calluses you will need both items to repair them. I simply rotate between them several times on each leg. My feet are as soft as a monthly pedicure. This file alone would not have coped with this task. metal scraper too.

I love this item! I've always had problems with very dry cracked heels, especially in the summer, but in this case I use both sides of the holy file on the soles, sides and heels in the shower and use some moisturizing shower gel. This keeps all the dead skin. I no longer have cracked heels and my feet look great - definitely sandal worthy. It also reduced the frequency with which I had to go for pedicures, where I used to go every 30 days, now I can stretch it up to 60 with no problem.
