Makes my fillet knives razor sharp in seconds!

This year I bought it together with a Dexter Russell filleting knife. I caught a lot of fish this year in Long Island Sound, Connecticut and practiced this sharpener on my harbor fillet table. Easy to use and offers a razor sharp knife. I like to sharpen my knife after every other fish and that helps. Great value for money.

Great Product - Kitchen & Dining

Several people told me I should try this knife sharpener. In the end I couldn't stand it and bought because of the price. I thought I had nothing to lose. Turns out I had everything I needed to win. This is an incredible sharpener. I've had several and this is much better. It's about as good as professional knife sharpening. If you need a knife sharpener, GET THIS!

  • Special Offer

Top knife sharpener!

This is the knife sharpener everyone is looking for; they just can't find it. It is a good choice for a knife sharpener. It's fast. Easy and convenient to store. He sharpens knives into razor blades. This is an excellent product. I have 3 of these, one for the kitchen, one for the lake, the other for the beach house. I gave it to my whole family. It competes with significantly more expensive products. Excellent work! Thank you!

Pros
  • Finally bought it
Cons

excellent fillet sharpener

By far the best fillet sharpener I have ever used for fillet knives. I've had many types but it's very good value for money. Just make sure to use it easily as I read in other people's reviews. I think it's very important. Also, the angle is for filleting knives only, which many sharpeners don't have, which could be why they don't work properly. After seeing the results of this sharpener, my friend quickly ignored his electric sharpener, which he used to be very reluctant to use.

Pros
  • easy to read control panel
Cons
  • very expensive

In my opinion, this is the simplest knife sharpener that an ordinary person can use. A key to using this sharpener is light to moderate pressure when sharpening knives. If your knives aren't dull, use three to four light to moderate strokes to sharpen your knife. After seeing how well this sharpener worked, I bought each of my sons one. This is hands down the best money I've ever spent on a knife sharpener!

Pros
  • A lot of positive emotions
Cons
  • Sad technique

Very good and easy to use

The sharpener is easy to use and makes my filleting knife very sharp. I've cut a lot of chicken breasts with my knife and it seems to dull pretty quickly, especially if I get too close to the bone. 3-4 passes with a sharpener and it's like new. I also use it on my pocket knives and it does a decent job but I think it was made for the sharpening angle of thinner filleting knives. I could get 2nd place just for my other knives. I think the stones will adjust to the different edge angle of the…

The best after sharp knives

Love this thing! Throw away the knife steel, it's garbage. Once your knife's bevels are ground at an angle to the carbides, it only takes three or four strokes to mince ripe tomatoes and slice them into very thin slices with ease. Obviously not for major reshaping or removing large dents. And it ends up with a little ripple on the bevel, but as long as you change the speed at which you pull the sharpener it's negligible. Professional sharpening is definitely better, but who wants to sharpen…
