I just received this order about a week ago and a cable is no longer charging properly. I have one in another room, it works fine. I also have a spare plastic one, so I'm going to replace it with one that doesn't work properly. I expect the things I buy to last more than a week. Very disappointed.

this is my second set of three cables. For me they are worth their price. In my experience, a 10 foot cable purchased from Apple can last anywhere from 6 to 12 months. A cable I bought from Apple for $20 I got three here for $13 and a couple of them have lasted almost 2 1/2 to 3 years. hanging over the edge as the original cord that came with the phone is much shorter.

The only warning I have is to ensure a high capacity Lightning charging connector is used with these cables to ensure fast charging. They won't charge your phone if you use cheap plugs from other manufacturers. and you will be disappointed with their performance even if it is not a cable issue. There are no error messages since the cables are compatible with the iPhone, but otherwise it takes a whole day to charge the phone with a slow charger. I was really hoping they were great as most of the reviews were good. I plug them in and they say Apple doesn't support the product and won't charge the phone. This is on 2 different phones. And then on one of the phones, when connected, water is detected in the connector, but on the other charger there is no such effect. So the phone thinks these chargers are water and not charging. I needed to replace a 10ft Native Union cable in my home office. This trio just arrived. They feel sturdy and easily charge my iPhone. However, they are not 10 feet. I ran this cable the same as the Native Union cable and quickly noticed that they were shorter. I took out my tape measure, straightened each string and measured. UPDATE 8 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE: A cable has stopped working. No visible physical damage. It worked fine, but one day it stopped working. This cable was left at home and always plugged into the same USB port (I tested it with other ports to make sure it was the cable and not the USB port).
