Sizzix 656644 Texture Embossing Folders Review

I like the textures, especially the folder with worn brick embossing. I wish the folders were bigger, they're about the size of an A2 card, but the embossing is so deep it adds dimension and looks amazing. I would also like to see Sizzix create an aged brick embossing folder along with Tim Holtz that fills the map in the other (larger width) direction. I am happy with my purchase and I recommend these folders and all Sizzix products.

The prints are nice, but the brick folder is much more difficult to emboss deeply. Using the same type of paper and sandwich, I use a Cuttlebug V2 machine. The wood texture binder breaks the paper in a few places, but the brick binder barely made 1/3 of the marks. I like almost all Tim Holtz products (seriously, I'm running out of shelf space). I usually try to get his stuff at one of the local craft stores like Michaels, ACMoore, or Hobby Lobby and use one of the 40-50% off coupons that stores usually offer.
