Works great, good quality, great price!

This is exactly the phone jack I needed, my old one fell apart when I removed it from the baseboard for the new floor, I couldn't find it anywhere not at a walmart, hardware store or radio store. , tired of running, it was easier, cheaper and came straight to my house.

THE LID MAY NOT FIT YOUR OLD ONE

Our house was built in 1980 and the jack that was there was probably the original. I asked the community if this cover would fit an old jack and some said yes and some said no. So it depends how old you are. Ours was a bit off, less so I think my husband converted the old cable to this new plug, no problem. We just got new baseboards and new white wall paint so this white jack is way better than the old yellowed one. Even if we don't use a landline, you never know.

The problem I had was that the RJ-11 connector is of such poor quality that the pins don't make contact with the phone cord. The phone cord actually goes in and out about 3 millimeters. My phone fits snugly into other phone jacks, so it's not my…
