Sleepy Pup Small Leather Collar Review

It is well made and the leather is good. I ordered this the right size for my chihuahua/pug. The fittings are too big and not the right size for a small dog. It seems that common sense has not been applied. Nicely packaged and with a cozy glass with a cute company logo. Will have to return. Shame.

Very impressed with the quality and construction! However, the hardware can make it a bit unwieldy for small dogs. I recommend breaking the leather in a bit by bending it back and forth a bit to soften thick, rough leather. I can easily see that this is a collar that will last a lifetime. Very happy to have found this company that makes collars in the USA. Highly recommended!

I have ordered two collars from this seller and I have to say I am very impressed. First, the box they come in is very pretty. I bought this collar for my Beagle after getting a 1 inch wide model from another manufacturer. It was a good collar too but too heavy for my older dog. 3/4 inch suits her better. I like the look of aged leather and it is good quality leather. Much better than anything I could find at local pet stores. Nice collar, soft leather. I love how it looks slightly distressed when you bend it and hold it in your hands. We twisted and rolled it a bit and it's absolutely perfect. Exactly what we were looking for. It seems that our pup is very comfortable and well equipped. It is completely misrepresented as cream but looks more like tan. Mostly tanned leather.
