Excellent quality! for accessories

Good clarity, big improvement over the original runaways I bought a few years ago. Pays way less and way better than my stupid Oakleys

Pros
  • Medium fit/medium coverage
Cons
  • No

Product not received as advertised

Product not received as advertised. The listing states that these sunglasses are polarized and have colored pop lenses. I received non-polarized carbon lenses.

Pros
  • Non polarized
Cons
  • Repair

Looks great in outerwear

This is my fourth pair of Smiths. I was disappointed with Barra's because the gum fell off after a year. You won't have this problem. The lens is durable and crystal clear. The frame fits comfortably but snugly on my large head.

Pros
  • Chroma Pop Lenses / Anti-Reflective and Hydroleophobic Lens Coating
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Looks cool but not what they say

We dropped them on the carpet as soon as we opened the package and the lenses got scratched. I didn't even have time to put them on! They look cool but are NOT scratch resistant and there are no interchangeable lenses in these goggles. Complete disappointment.

Pros
  • Develop eco-friendly frame material
Cons
  • Not sure

Glasses look great but are falling apart

Bought them on opening day and wore them for about 4 months. The piece of red rubber running down each arm is slowly coming off and will come off soon. This is the second Smith sunglasses I own, it's thin, thin and not very good quality. I would look elsewhere.

Pros
  • Imported
Cons
  • Some small things

Shop Quality in Dollars

Seriously - it's worth spending the extra 50 on Raybans. Smith is the cheapest and most expensive brand I have ever bought. They literally suck and I have similar specs at the dollar store. The nose rubber immediately slipped off - polarized glasses suck. go somewhere else I've been a sucker for other reviews - can't be honest enough - I had $1000 points to $1 points - it's Mardi Gras, $5 at best,

Pros
  • Curvature 8 Base Lenses / Rx Compatible
Cons
  • Upgrade Availability

Discounted Top Notch Lenses

These used lenses were bought at a great price from the Amazon warehouse. The style is okay for my taste, but the lenses are top notch. I understand why they are so expensive as usual. I wouldn't pay full price but at a decent discount I'd buy a pair. The only downside is that the cover is too shiny for me outdoors and could do with some wrapping to block the sun's rays on the sides.

Pros
  • Anti-Reflective Lens
Cons
  • Discontinued

Solid polarized mirrored sunglasses that won't break the bank

I really like Smith Optics polarized sunglasses as they are the right price, quality and performance. I appreciate that they offer a wide range of mirrored polarized lenses and I have found that their glasses fit my face and nose better than some other brands. They have a limited lifetime warranty, but I've found that it's usually only a partial credit for new sunglasses and often doesn't cover a full replacement. Still better than nothing.

Pros
  • Mirror coating
Cons
  • Not as thick as the other options
