I used to smell sage as soon as I open the pack but with 12 sticks I should have but I didn't. Even when I opened the box, I still didn't. I had to sniff them. These aren't the tiny sticks I love, but I hope they smell stronger when burned.

I was so happy that this product received 5 star reviews and I had no hesitation in purchasing this product. The product arrived and I was disappointed. This product consists mainly of sticks/stems. I have been lubricating for years, this is a product I will not use. Next time I go I'll throw my sticks in the fire.

Warning you get what you pay for! So the packaging is nice. The appearance of the grease pencils looks beautiful, but is very deceptive. My order was filled with stems. Because of this, the smell of burning is terrible, even nauseating. The initial aroma smelled great, but once the stems ignited, it got unpleasant. It was also difficult to keep them burning/smoldering. I do NOT recommend this.

I was shocked to see that they use a Pima man for the maze design when I asked them if they are related to the Pima tribe, they replied that their designer made this design. Nonsense! This design has been used by the Pima people for hundreds of years. I just assumed it was a tribal product, instead it's another non-Indian company that benefits from looking like an indigenous company.

I have a feeling they will last! Cleaned my whole house and didn't even use 1/4 stick! I also used it to clean my tarot cards. Great smell, great instructions, and I'm glad they're sustainably sourced to boot. It seems like a very honest company and if I ever need to buy more I know exactly where to buy. Someone has complained about the number of stems, but compared to the rolls I've received from other sellers, they're curled up a bit more so I feel like they're even.
