Maximum recording time

I use a videocassette to record live music from the radio via the tape inputs. This is a cheaper alternative to reel-to-reel tape recorders.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared

As always - the best accessories

The quality of these tapes is the same as when I bought a box of them a few years ago. The quality is excellent! These are the bands I look for when I need more. I wouldn't use anything else.

Pros
  • Absolutely brilliant!
Cons
  • I'll write later

great ribbons! in Camera & Photo

I received two packs of eight blank VHS cassettes and they arrived with no damage to their packs. The straps are in excellent condition, the parts are not broken, everything is fine. I can't wait to get the movies on cassette! Thank you amazon!

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Replacement availability

Old school but still works great

I've been using these VHS tapes for years. Unfortunately, the price of these has skyrocketed as they have largely been replaced by DVDs. However, I still use them to record TV shows and movies. They're pretty durable. I tend to exaggerate a lot, but within reason as the video quality can drop after a while. I have to be honest about that. However, they do their job. Right now I have a whole box of these, all used. I would estimate the number between 30-40 bands that are still working. I am…

The tapes are of very poor quality.

I've used hundreds of recordable VHS tapes in 2 different cassette decks I have. I've never had a problem with any of them. Until I tried to use them. None of the 16 worked properly. Fast-forwarded the first 5-15 minutes of playback. By the time they really started taking semi-accurate shots, they were covered in snow, in some cases to the point where the image was barely visible and downright impossible to see and enjoy. This will be the ONLY time I buy this brand. The quality is absolutely…

Very poor performance

Okay, let's be honest. In the United States, there are probably only about eight people left who videotape TV shows. i am one of them And my needs are incredibly simple. I just want a video cassette that can do three things: 1. Record pictures and sounds with the same fidelity as TV2. Work with different video players by time counters3. Working with different video players through "markers" indicating the beginning of a new recording. After using some old videocassettes I decided to buy some…
