Great for saw blades, parts and accessories

This item comes with a great guide with photos. The splitter was assembled in a short time. This works great with my zero gap table insert and I feel a lot more confident when needing to trim on a table saw with the splitter installed.

Must be! in Table Saw Accessories

My table saw is old and the separator and blade guard were a piece after having to remove them after a ton of cuts and a 1/4 shift of jamming. I made a zero spacer plate and bought this. I had to tap lightly on the spot. The wood didn't pinch the blade and it's really nice to be able to just pop the splitter out with little effort. Makes things quick and easy.

Works great! in Power Tool Parts & Accessories

I have an old handyman saw so I had to get a splitter as it doesn't have a riving knife and I bought a new bit to fit the splitting table. It was easy to install, the instructions are detailed and easy to read, and I got it done in about half an hour after reading the instructions. to cheer!

Security Choice: Table Saw Accessories

I have an old triangular saw. I bought a third hand - it's a life saver for me as I now have thin and thick bladed versions on two separate neck inserts. Plates. Since I don't have a blade guard or splitting/cutting knife, this was a safety primary (much later than the honey list). Safer and higher quality cuts I've noticed since installing. Easy to install just take your time and make mistakes...... read the instructions at least once.

Micro-Jig Review on Power and Hand Tools

My husband brought these for a zero backlash throat plate on his Craftsman 10 inch table saw. The instructions are written for table saws with a larger area behind the saw blade than the Craftsman. . He had to call tech support and they were great! He was able to mount it to the saw and it works exactly as described. It prevents the saw blade from pinching and "shooting" the tree. It also doubles as a mini peg board Essential when wedge mounting is not an option Good product - good support - a…

Probably a great product but it doesn't fit my table saw

lot of prep) and found that: 1) the slot in my plate around the blade is too long so there's nothing to Screws 2) the blade I'm using (a thick Freud break blade) is too thick for the template device. I removed that blade and installed a thinner blade for the installation process, but since number 1) stuck me, what was the point? A plate that FITS this device will do; do not let the blade extend more than 1 inch above the deck. I'm sure it's great for the saw it will fit on, but it didn't fit my

Doesn't fix unsafe situations, just changes the name.

This is not a splitting device, I think it should be called a "loaded board finder". If you want to quickly find a board with high internal stress, simply tear the 2x4 board apart. To find out if this actually works for those extreme boards that are under tremendous loads that are likely candidates for kickback, I cut out 2x4s. And yes. He joined my blade. In fact, it closed so quickly that it pinched the blade before the wood even reached the splitter. This means the cut was too tight to wrap…

Measure your saw first!

This looks like a great product but I was unable to use it after installing it. I have two microjig gripper push blocks which I really like so I think the company makes great products and this one seems well thought out too. My mistake rendered it useless, so I figured I'd stop others from making the same mistake. First, it's the width of the cut. I can't remember buying a "fancy" thin blade 10 years ago. I just went to one of the big stores and grabbed one off the shelf. It turns out that many
