My problem with this is that the pieces are only on one side so they wouldn't look right for certain purposes such as a set of steampunk chandelier earrings. They look great and apply well to flat surfaces. The back is textured so they can stick pretty well. I also think they are a bit fat. However, I'm sure they can be sanded down a bit to change the look.

Just wanted some gear-like ornaments. They are very attractive and will serve my purpose perfectly. All metal, it seems they will be quite durable. I couldn't tell from the photo, but it's the same set of gears repeated in three different colors: aged silver, aged copper, and aged gold. Very good. As the colors were not represented very well on my monitor, I hope this will be of help to future buyers.

I got them before I started taking the watch apart. I have to say if you don't have the time or tools to open a watch this is a good alternative. These aren't brass gears, but they look nice. - a worthy assortment for your projects. do not age and do not have a proper patina. I wouldn't buy them again, but that's because I now "make" my own by disassembling old clocks. A good alternative for many.
