We have bought several stainless steel knives and after a few washes in the dishwasher they almost always show strange rust or water spots. We bought ceramic knives a few years ago and they are in such good condition that I decided to buy these ceramic steak knives. They are dishwasher safe and very sharp! I really like the colored pencils too, they help me keep track of which knife I'm using to cut the meat.

I'm tired of using our old serrated stainless steel knives. They look like cheap plastic knives. If you want fashion, buy fashion. They are very functional. My wife loves cobalt blue so we have cobalt blue tanks. They've gotten a few scratches over the years. After a few uses, my wife noticed that we were cutting sheets of glass. When you get them, you don't have to cut like you do with old dull knives. It's easy to do and everything will be fine.

Beautiful ceramic knives. Very sharp and smooth cut. I bought it for steaks, but it also cuts fruit and vegetables with ease. Cuts my steak and BBQ like butter! I also love the perfect size. I bought it in May 2020, I really liked it at first. They're prone to staining if you're not careful when cleaning, but that's minor and can be remedied with extra cleaning. They were mostly very strong, but about a month ago a couple of them broke where the hard ceramic blade broke the thin plastic handle. These are my first ceramic knives. 5 stars because they appear to be good quality and THEY ARE SHARP! Insanely sharp, dangerously sharp. Don't leave them in the cutlery drawer unattended, don't let your children get close to these knives - bloody accidents are likely.
