Good light, I wish the brake sensor was a bit more sensitive, but overall it's a very good light with lots of different colors and patterns.

Magnet being ripped off by sunlight and likely high humidity in Oklahoma. The adhesive easily dissolves on two different devices at once. I won't buy a third one.

The light is bright, the battery lasts a very long time, but the automatically built-in G-sensor for the brake light does not respond or act as a brake light, I wish it worked, but I will like a bike helmet hold bright light

The light is really cool and I liked all the different features but it doesn't work as advertised. I've ridden it a few times on my scooter and not once could I turn on the red light when braking. I spoke to the seller twice and they said it only works if you accelerate very quickly and then apply the brakes. We will, who drives like that?! They also wanted me to send them a video. What?, the light doesn't work?. Not very helpful.

Initially I was very disappointed with this purchase but I contacted STEEL MATE's customer service representatives and they did everything they could to protect their product and make it work. I tried four different chargers that worked great on other devices but not with the H2 helmet light. I finally discovered that the problem was the Apple branded USB-C cable! I have to agree with other posters, this concept is great but some aspects weren't well thought out when it was developed. The first serious problem is the poor choice of glue for attaching the iron plate to the helmet. Under the influence of heat and sun on a typical day, the adhesive will soften and move away from the helmet. I replaced the glue with 3M VHB tape to solve this problem. This is a great product concept. This works, but requires a lot of G-force to actuate the IMU sensor for the brake light. It can prevent false alarms, but if you gradually slow down, it may not work. If it works, it's great. It took a while to verify it. The first item I received didn't work. Steelmate's customer service is amazing.
