For all magicians. These are three layer hovercraft maps. When ordering, some people say they are plastic coated and others say they are air cushions. They are an air cushion, they spread and inflate like a bicycle deck. A very good quality!

When people say to use permanent markers I think they mean extremely thick/typical markers. I wanted finer details so I used thin markers and they smudged. I think there is no way to get high detail. Too bad because they are useless to me.

I love that these playing cards are tough enough to be thrown around and create custom games to suit your needs. The cards don't expire, which is a plus. I wanted to turn my goals into a personal fun game and these cards did it. I love her.

These cards are perfect for making your own game prototypes or flashcards. Keep in mind that they're not that easy to blend (the surface is too rough for that), but you can always put them in sleeves if you want to blend them easier). or a similar pen is recommended.

My son was working on his amateur magician and wanted to do some card tricks. This deck is great as it allows him to create his own "Trick" cards with whatever he wants on them (or nothing at all if the focus is on disappearing cards). They feel and shuffle like regular playing cards and are of good quality for a niche product. So far he's really enjoyed them, I recommend him to anyone who wants to do the same.

We have an artist and player who is particularly fond of playing different types of cards. I got her to encourage him to make his own maps. They are thick so when using permanent markers you cannot see the drawing showing through. I actually wish there were a few extra cards in the set in case of bugs or design changes, but you can always buy an extra deck as they're not too expensive. They mix well when you need it. Overall I didn't consider it but glad I got her for a fresh creative outlet.

Occasionally when playing a board game you'll hear the comment "this game would be bigger than X if it were". pops up, which eventually led us to buy a blank game board, some blank dice, and now some blank playing cards so we can make our own games at times like these. I like that these are "real" cards and not our approximation from the printer. What, as they say. We'll probably end after going through a few drafts and printing crisp/clear/easy-to-read labels, and we won't have any "ulterior…
