Very unexpected. in the kitchen and dining room

I recently bought this glass to enjoy (you guessed it) a sip of whiskey. And wow, I was surprised. I never expected the glass to have any significant meaning. Not at all. My expectations were fully justified. It may be that with the help of this glass I tasted the whiskey effectively, but the taste has also noticeably (and significantly) improved. In fact, I started with a "daily drink" to see if there was a difference. The first words out of my mouth were "Wow". Then I returned for another…

It's really nice to sip on a glass but be careful!

When I opened the box and saw the jar, I was amazed. This is a really good bourbon glass with a very sophisticated design. Love the fact that unlike many cheap bar items, this is lead-free crystal (unless it says so on the packaging, it usually isn't). The only comment I have is how thin the top of the glass is. The base seems very strong and thick, but it seems that the top part can break even with the slightest accidental hit. That doesn't mean you can't have fun with him; only if you hit the

Excellent whiskey tasting glass

Due to the relatively small size and slightly expensive look I wasn't really sure I would like this glass so I only ordered two of these at first. Now after using it for a few months I think I like it so much that I have ordered two more. I have a shelf full of glasses that I could use for single malt whiskey including Riedel Vinum, crystal glasses, small crystal cognac glasses and white wine glasses. That said, I still reach for a glass of Glencairn most of the time. It feels good in the hand,

Fine glasses for whiskey enjoyment

Do they emphasize the taste of your favorite drink, in my case single malt Scotch whisky? no You will absolutely increase your ability to enjoy good whiskey by 100%. The glass is designed to help you discern the characteristics of what makes whiskey great. You pour alcohol to about the point where the bell curves. It is the perfect portion to sniff and taste. The curvature of the glass traps odors in the glass. Proper sniffing will help you get the full spectrum of flavors. Don't be afraid to…

The best glassware for bourbon/whisk initiations!

That's great! I used to enjoy my bourbon in rock glasses, but after switching to a more expensive bourbon, I've noticed that everyone uses them. Part of the whiskey experience is being able to 'sniff' it (the ability to capture the characters/flavors in the product) and the shape of this glassware makes it easier to channel the vapors giving you a finer scent. Rapid oxidation, facilitated by aerating the bourbon by rotating the glass, can also help. This particular brand is top notch. They…

It's really important to use

I'm quite a skeptical guy. You know, the kind of guy who usually points and laughs at people who think the kind of glass you drink from can really make a big difference. Well, this style of glass really makes a difference. I found out about this recently when I was introduced to the Scotch served in the same glass at a local drinking house and then got a bottle of good Scotch for Christmas. I tried scotch at home in an ordinary homemade glass and it just tasted bland in comparison. I realized…
