The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because they are too long and wide for my doors. I had to cut them off. I totally thought my cats would play with the ends but so far they haven't. I only used gold. I was going to use others, but I'll save them for another time.

When we opened the box, we were first greeted by a terrible smell. Had to leave them in the bag until the day of the party because of the strong and horrible smell. Second, the foil is wrapped around the cardboard. After unpacking the product the foil started tearing, they are so thin. Wouldn't buy this again and find something else for the photophone, more durable.

I was very disappointed that right out of the box they started falling apart. However, I got them to work by hot-gluing them to a piece of tape. I added some homemade stars and the background turned out great. The second photo was what I wanted to do with the torn strands. I'm a creative person and I let it work for me. If you're not creative, think long and hard about it to decide if it's worth it for you.

I am making a photo box for my daughter's birthday and I thought it would be perfect. I first hung them with no table top behind them and they were quite flimsy even though I doubled them. As soon as I covered it with a table top I felt it got a lot better. They really fall off a part of you because you're too rough.
