The first night was a dream. Every night thereafter it gradually leveled off. A fortnight later we took it off because our fingerprints prevented us from moving. It could not be loosened up and revived.

Really loved this mattress topper. Until I washed it for the first time. I followed the manufacturer's washing instructions exactly and the pillowcase was damaged in the washing machine.

I bought a king size topper in March. It soon became apparent that what I thought were baffles were actually not, and the fill material migrated around the perimeter, leaving the 'sleeping' area flat and requiring frequent reinsertion. Not a good design. I contacted the company in July but was told the 30 day return period had expired. Unfortunately, the problem has not fully manifested itself in these 30 days. Lesson learned.

I really wanted to like it and at first I liked it. but time passed. not as much.
