I was hoping to find an aluminum sign the size of these stickers; big enough to get the job done without overdoing it. Since I couldn't find one, I decided to use these stickers. I attach them to a plexiglass sheet and then to a post. Time will tell if the sticker and adhesive will hold up, but as they are designed for outdoor use they should.

I placed them on a corrugated plastic board and cut them out to make yard signs. You look great day and night. We didn't need a huge 10" x 10" sign in the yard so this is a great alternative. I tried gluing one to the fence board and it came off. It wasn't a big problem, I just made another sign for that side of the yard. Just note that it may not stick to the wood, especially if it's rough like a fence board.

I am buying these for me and my friend who have outdoor cameras. I didn't want to have a big 11 by 14 sign in my yard and that seems to be basically what they do. I found them and attached them to the glass of my front door, they're small enough not to be terribly intrusive when looking at the house, yet they're noticeable enough that hopefully they'll put people off so they know there are cameras . Reflector at night which is a good deal for the price too.
