SWINCHO AirTag Dog Collar Holder: Apple AirTag Cat Pet Loop Case 2-Pack for Air Tags - MintGreen+Black Review

For context, my dog has a chain collar so I don't know how that affects longevity. I used it to keep the GPS signal on my dog (obviously) while I was on vacation. When I came back to pick it up from my friend's, one side of the strap broke. One more thing to add, my friend had a dog and they played pretty rough so keep that in mind.

Great idea for this one because I had one that hung down and dogs chewed on it until it broke. However, this does not hold the Apple tag, so it falls out when dogs are running and playing. every time Luckily there is a tracker to find them everywhere, but I recommend buying a product that won't drop them. I had to send it back.

I use an Apple AirTag on my dog and use this holder on his collar. I prefer this design - it goes through the collar, is low profile, water and moisture resistant, comfortable and durable. I'm particularly impressed with how well it holds water, we pulled out the white part of the AirTag and this holder creates a bit of suction to keep water out. Works perfectly!

Only 1 out of 4 cats noticed a difference in the collar. I was concerned they would move around the collar as cat collars are thinner. They stay down. Because of their short fur, they don't disturb them while they're eating, playing or sleeping. I still doubt if this is good for my long hair. I can feel the rubber tugging on her hair, even though she seems careless. Maybe you should make it a dangling type.

I was pleasantly surprised that this nozzle has elasticity. I managed to feed him through my 5 lb Yorkie's little jacket (I rotated him to show in the photo). The AirTag is NOT as loud as the Tile (which I prefer and have used for years). I'm testing AirTag to see if Apple's Find My feature offers better coverage than the Tile community. A NOTICE. Hold the AirTag white side out for a louder sound.

The Swincho Airtag case was fine for a couple of weeks. This added very little weight or bulk to our dog's collar. He didn't seem to notice at all. Then one morning we found the Airtag on the ground, probably weakened from normal ear scratching. We put the airtag back in the holder, but after a few days we found the airtag back on the ground. After that, Airtag started slipping out of the Swincho mount more and more often. I have declined and am looking for another holder. If I find Airtag…
