I ended up buying a pair through Honest Baby here at Revain and they fit better and are true to size so give them a try if you want to be on the safe side.

They are very soft and cute but they fit a size up I am a size 3-6 for my 2 month old son who is 14lbs 23 inches and they are true to size. 18 month old pants. I ordered 0-3 and they fit for 6 months. I don't care if he grows up in them and they are so soft and cute. Just order one size smaller.
